Policies:

The Save the Date deposit is $1,500 (it’s nonrefundable but goes towards the total price)
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event
We require event insurance for every event to ensure everyone's safety
We do not require any specific vendors, use whoever you’d like!
Trash bags are provided! Please collect trash from the barn, bathrooms, and reception area and place it in the designated area
A licensed bartender is required for hard liquor (Beer and Wine can be served however you’d like!)
Security is required only if hard liquor is served (One guard per 100 people)
A refundable $1000 Security deposit is required before the event begins
Guests must be off the property by midnight
Empty bottles and cans should be put away in provided recycle bins
Smoking is not allowed inside any structures.
Cigarette butt's should be thrown in designated areas and a cleaning fee will apply if found on the ground.
If any trash is found in the pond the security deposit will not be refunded (please keep an eye on the children throwing things in the water)
Any permanent alterations will forfeit your security deposit.
Loud music must be turned down by 10:00 PM and turned off by 10:30 PM
Parking only in the designated space/s
Children cannot play around the pond
