Any caterer you like
A prep and staging area is ready for the caterer of your choice. We have no required vendor list.
Your bartender
Beer and wine may be served however you'd like. Spirits require a licensed bartender and security.
Your florist
Bring any vendors you love. Decorate at your own pace on Friday — the whole weekend is yours.
Your photographer
The willow, the farm truck, the windmill, and the orchard rows earn their place in the album. Engagement sessions welcome.
Your DJ or band
The raised patio holds your DJ and toasts. Music turns down at 10:00 PM and off by 10:30; guests depart by midnight.
Licensed guards
Required only when spirits are served — one guard per 100 guests.
Friday noon to Sunday noon. The whole weekend is yours.
No eight-hour rental windows. No rushed teardown at midnight. Every booking includes the full property for the full weekend. Decorate at your own pace on Friday, celebrate Saturday, and gather yourselves (and your things) Sunday morning.
Settle in
Arrive at noon. Set up, decorate, and rehearse. You can even host your rehearsal dinner on the grounds.
Celebrate
Ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing under the lights. The whole day unfolds in one place.
Wind down
A slow morning to pack up, hand back the keys by noon, and head home with nothing left behind.
Important times
- Friday setup: please finish all setup by sunset on Friday.
- The main gate is closed during the event; the side gate opens at noon.
- Walk-in cooler: turned on at 7:00 AM Saturday and off at 11:00 PM.
- Sunday wrap-up: cleanup must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon) on Sunday.
Keeping the gardens beautiful and safe

Guest & event guidelines
A few things to share with your planner, vendors, and guests.
- Loud music must be turned down by 10:00 PM and off by 10:30 PM.
- Guests must leave the property by midnight.
- No live music with percussion or trumpets.
- Speakers should face the dance floor, not the parking lot.
- Do not park on the road during the event — it is a fire hazard.
- No parking in the orchard, and please keep the loop clear of parked cars.
- Smoking is not allowed inside any structures.
- Children are not allowed to play around the pond.
Caring for the property
Our staff handles the lights, the cooler, and the equipment — please let us. The full agreement, including any fees, is provided at booking.
- Lights and string lights are turned on by our staff.
- Please don't turn on the walk-in cooler yourself.
- Please don't plug in any extra-large appliances.
- The bridal suite AC is for the day of the event only.
- Do not cross any caution-taped areas.
- Items can't be left, and nobody can stay, past noon on Sunday.
- No permanent alterations to the property.
Cleanup & trash
Leave it the way you found it and we're all set.
- Trash bags and bins are provided, with separate bins for recycling and waste.
- Fill trash bags completely and flatten any cardboard before disposal.
- Place all trash in the trailer behind the bar.
- Return all tables and chairs to the barn and beach house at the end of the event.
- Walk the lawns on Sunday and pick up all trash before leaving.
- Please keep all trash out of the pond.
- Cigarette butts left on the ground will incur a cleaning fee.
- No dumping soda or beer on the grass.
